Delivery of your country inspired home decor will be sent Royal mail  or DPD unless your address is one they have stopped accepting parcels, this only applies to mainland UK.  Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Islands will be sent will Royal Mail on the Tracked 24 service.

Do you deliver to outside the UK?

Unfortunately at the moment we are only able to deliver items inside the UK. hopefully might change in the not too distant future.

I have made a mistake with my delivery address, please can I change it?

Please can I add to my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't left us. Please use the CONTACT US section or email customerservices@alittlebitcountry.co.uk Please provide us with your order number or the email address used to place your order and any additional items your would like adding onto your order. A payment link will then be sent to you.

Can I send an order as a gift?

How long will my delivery take?

Refunds Policy

We offer a fourteen day refnds policy from the day of purchase. 

Items that are returned must be done so in their original state, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. 

Damaged Items

If you recieve your item and it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a written desciption and photographs of the damaged item. After the 24 hour period we cannot be responsible for the damage. 

If you believe that the damage has occured in transit, please let us know so we can claim back from the currier service.

Missing Items 

Most parcels will be tracked, however should a parcel be returned with rejection of delivery, the cost of the items only will be refunded. We will not cover the cost of delivery if the incorrect address has been provided. Please to use the CONTACT US section to get in touch chould you have any concerns. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will recieve email notification that we have recieved your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.

The customer is responsible for paying for there own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
